There certainly will be some of the construction area which are going to have to get renewed. But as I set up my state of the state, we're looking at a dearth of construction workers. We need to find 10, 15,000 more [construction workers] to meet the new building that's coming in our state in the upcoming years. That's pretty incredible. And we're going to keep going in terms of economic development and that's going to be beneficial for Preston county, for Montaglia county, for the entire state of West Virginia. (10:39–10:48)
