And so no matter how you slice it, it's a win, win, win for West Virginia. I think the current and future residents are going to be provided with the high quality health care that's needed. The state's going to realize resources right away. It's going to get significant investments for new facilities into the future. And we're Going to cut down on some of our operating costs.
