You know, when I took office, one of my first charges was to ensure that we could dive in at the way state government was operating and we could look for efficiencies and new ways for taxpayers to have money saved. On day one, I signed an executive order directing agencies to develop a plan for more efficient government. And I'm proud to report that we're already seeing dividends on that.
