And so when hyperscalers are coming in or manufacturers are coming in, the cost of that build out needs to be borne by the people that are doing the building. That's what we're working on. In West Virginia, we did strategic deregulation with Our House Bill 2014. That allows behind the meter and, and it's incentivizing people to come in and you don't have to use the grid. Now once again, you can choose to work with the grid, you can operate on your own. (38:22–38:28)
