And a lot of that dealt with the way that Governor Tony Evers was handling the federal pandemic aid, making sure that it went to Main street businesses. Meanwhile, The legislature was pretty much AWOL at this point. But now we've once again had this downturn in our economy being caused out of Washington, D.C. and so after years of chasing away some of our youngest, best and brightest, we were just starting to see population inflows coming back to Wisconsin.
