We've got to make sure that we substantially reduce the time required for eis, for eas. We need to make sure that permitting issuance is time boxed and those times are reduced. We need to make sure that absurd metrics like social costs of greenhouse gases are eliminated. Those are impossible to quantify and they create intended obstacles for the industry. Chevron deference being overturned, that's a great development for us and it works in our long term interest, but we have got to do more. (05:22–05:31)
