Right. And so I think that's a better way to go. I think that makes more sense. It's certainly the way that businesses operate. Right. And so, you know, I'll support prop eight because it returns us to the previous calculation methodology. But I think that there needs to be some additional edits to that over time through amendment or additional ordinance in order to correct some of those issues. (09:24–09:27)
