You know, the police department has to allocate the number of police across the entire city, and they do that based on the number of calls and the type of calls that they receive. And I just don't think that we have enough police officers in the city for the population that we've got. And I've seen data that supports and, you know, I'm encouraged by what we're seeing right now. We're starting to see an increase in the amount of recruiting for police officers and I think that's going to help us address crime. (10:26–10:33)
