Well, first of all, Obamacare does need to be repealed. But I don't want to see the federal government step in with a new federal program. I want instead Health care to return to the states and at the state level we'll be able to make sure that we have coverage for people with pre existing conditions. We can expand coverage to make sure that everybody ultimately has access to insurance and has insurance. Those two elements have to be part of any plan that gets created. (07:59–08:07)
