And so China has something different that the Soviet Union didn't. They have money. They have lots of technology, most of it of which they stole from countries like the United States of America. They have the third largest nuclear arsenal. Remember? Now they're talking to the second largest nuclear arsenal and talking about teaming up. We have been invaded digitally with cyber warfare, stealing intellectual property, stealing government secrets, disrupting certain operations around here, in the United States and around the world.
