So that's the way I would do it. I try to find that right mix with good housing policy. But again, A lot of this is local. You know, that not in my backyard. I don't want lower income housing, but there is some wonderful housing built today that you and I wouldn't understand as low income housing. It looks beautiful. It's fantastic. There's some sample communities around the country where they've done this, including in my own county at home. It was really neat. They built this little community. (16:15–16:27)
