Happened in the last eight years. Our income tax had the chance to go down. It actually went back up 4.25%. When you look at our education, by the way, Last year we were saying we're 44th [in education]. Guess what we're saying this year, 45th. And so if we want to get at structural issues that are going to help this state survive and make sure you can afford your bills at the end, oh, by the way, we have the highest utility rates in the Midwest.
