The state voter data is not fully made available to the federal government under existing law, but should be in order to verify the citizenship of those voting in state run federal elections. The United States government is the only entity on planet Earth that has data already whereby we can ascertain the citizenship or lack thereof of anyone in this country. And it would be an absolute absurdity, an absolute shame, an absolute miscarriage of justice to say that the federal government can't use that. (53:36–53:50)
