To suggest otherwise would make a mockery of all elections. The fact is that we've done everything we can to make this bill comply with our mantra. Let's make it easy to vote and hard to cheat. There are some in this body who are perfectly content with forgetting the second half of that equation altogether, saying anything that makes it anything other than easy to vote must be unconstitutional because it's a constitutionally protected right.
