And in Westchester county, they are not allowed to engage ICE or federal law enforcement for the purpose of immigration. If somebody commits a state crime, they're not allowed. They are not allowed. The only way they are allowed to engage ICE is if there is a federal judicial warrant. That is it. So for instance, when an individual.
