I know we want to fancy ourselves an attorney, but here's the fact. The fact is, okay, that Westchester county has this exact law that is being proposed. And In Westchester county, they are not allowed to engage ICE or federal law enforcement for the purpose of immigration. If somebody commits a state crime, they're not allowed. They are not allowed. The only way they are allowed to engage ICE is if there is a federal judicial warrant. (00:35–00:46)
