So we separated RSC into the various task forces and working groups. That model still exists today, and you guys are using it so well. We had seven different working groups and We produced booklets full of policy to show what we're for, not just what we're against. It was easy to rail against and vote no on the progressive agenda, but we were presenting real alternatives. And so every issue under the sun, we had our own policy prescriptions that we developed.
