This was President Biden's budget. He signed this budget in a law. It is Biden era policies and spending, which we all loathe, of course, and we're working hard to change it. We finally have unified government. We have the Republicans in control, the White House, the Senate and the House. And we have just enough votes, we hope to have new appropriations to change those policies that don't make a lot of sense. But right now we made the obvious and non partisan decision. (17:21–17:27)
