Our appropriators have done a great job in bipartisan fashion, by the way, and they worked very hard and passed 12 separate appropriations bills through the committee as is supposed to be done. We passed three of those off the House floor. The Senate did its work for the first time in years, the Senate passed three appropriations bills off the floor. Those bills don't match up exactly. So the way the system works, everybody remembers from civics, is that when the two chambers have bills that don't align perfectly, you put together a conference committee. (00:54–01:00)
