We have been working very hard, this leadership team, to get Congress working again. Congress has not done the appropriations process appropriately for many years now. And so we have forced the muscle memory back. Our appropriators have done a great job in bipartisan fashion, by the way, and they worked very hard and passed 12 separate appropriations bills through the committee as is supposed to be done. We passed three of those off the House floor. The Senate did its work for the first time in years, the Senate passed three appropriations bills off the floor. (00:42–00:52)
