JPL is not in our district, but a lot of the employees that work there actually are living in our district. And so I'm happy to say that within the commerce, justice and science appropriation bill this week, We were able to secure $650 million, which is about 350 million more than what NASA was baselining to. So I'm hoping that NASA and the programmers on the science side and administrator of NASA, Bill Nelson, does the right thing here, hopefully keeps JPL whole and prevents future layoffs. (06:22–06:32)
