What I mean by that is fund them properly. They're risking their lives. I don't think their pay is equal to what they should be getting, especially now with all that, what's going on. I think we need to increase their [police officers'] pay. We need to provide more training and support so they can do their job better and learn what's going on in some of these crisis, they become crisis counselors on the street because I'm shutting down the hospitals and mental hospitals.
