I'm not running for office in Congress to change the Constitution. Here in Oregon, the Constitution's been set by the voters and the people they elected. So it is in place. And I think that's, you honor, the Constitution when you get elected. Mike, I wanted to follow up on that. There are a couple particularly notable episodes in your past that call into question your credibility. (13:59–14:04)
