So this is certainly a work in progress as far as access to health. One thing I may I mentioned was Medicaid. We've been very aggressive in regard to new programs and trying specifically to reach underserved populations who are legally entitled to Medicaid. but who we may not be reaching or we may not be be reaching in a, in a comprehensive enough way.
