Prior to our putting this in the budget, we were getting somewhere. I think between 60, around 60, 65% of these kids who were the top 5% were staying in the state of Ohio. We changed that and gave an incentive of $5,000. And it's $5,000. And you can pick your school in the state of Ohio, any school in the state of Ohio, we give you $5,000 and we give it to you for four straight years. The first year we did this, it jumped up to, I think, 76%. This year. This year we're just seeing the numbers now. We're at 87%. So that means we've dramatically increased. (14:49–15:02)
