And I think a great way to actually fight back against the rising cost is actually to implement a vacancy tax. I think right now There's an immense amount of real estate investors that are buying up land. and what that's actually doing is it's making it much more costly for the citizens in the area that have lived in that area for, some cases, decades and maybe multiple generations, it's making it much more expensive.
