We definitely do need to put much more funding going to infrastructure projects. And I think a lot of the reasons we're having, you know, a higher cost of living, It's really expensive right now to buy housing, and it's reflected in higher property taxes for a lot of our residents, especially, you know, in Fairmont and, you know, really throughout the Fort Worth area. And I think a great way to actually fight back against the rising cost is actually to implement a vacancy tax. (21:30–21:41)
