It's going to put a lot of people in ICE detention. I presume Denver is not interested in offering space to ICE to house people. We will not do that. We will not do ice's job for them on a whole number of fronts. We're not going to do federal immigration enforcement and we're not going to hold or incarcerate people for what are civilian immigration charges not actual crimes. (02:15–02:18)
