And to go back to your question, that is still a one time investment that would help us solve a little bit of short term costs in 25. It does not solve the structural gap that we're seeing without doing that. The most profound thing that the federal government is doing that is driving a change for our city is the collapse of consumer confidence, the collapse of business confidence and the collapse of spending. That is the biggest thing. And so we can't control federal policy. What we can control are the incentives that make it more likely for folks in Denver to be able to spend and invest in ways that will grow the economy. (35:06–35:16)
