Those are capital dollars for capital investments and they drive long term revenue that do come to the general fund. And so what you'll see here in this investment is that importantly, if you look at National Women's Soccer league, that's a $2.2 billion investment. It's a 1,100 jobs. It's half a billion dollars of sales tax revenue. That's critically important. If you look at National Western center, this is one that is now at this point more than $3 billion of GDP driven by that. (11:10–11:14)
