They were worth it and they are not the thing that is driving the gap and the budget right now. So I mentioned this earlier, but you know, those two expenditures together, Homelessness and migrants, when you look at our general fund expenditure, are about $2 million more in 2025 than they were in 2023. So homeless investments are going up, migrants investments are going down. But net they're about a 2, $3 million difference. That is not the creation of a $200 million hole. (00:30–00:38)
