The language in the statutes is very clear. We've got two kinds of voters in Wisconsin. We've got eligible voters and we have ineligible voters. Eligible, ineligible. Megan Wolf has simply ignored the statutory language and replaced it with her own language. And she says voters should be divided into two categories, active voters and inactive voters.
