P L O U F F E David Plouff, who along with David Axelrod was one of Barack Obama's two principal political campaign managers who were with him from Barack Obama community activist to Barack Obama President of the United States. So David Plouffe became the principal advisor for Mark Zuckerberg as to how to distribute all of this money that was going to go into administering public elections. Now the, the whole, the whole concept is simply bizarre.
