And so I think we've done some great things. You know, I picked up the gauntlet of Las Vegas Trail area and what I've been calling the LVT 2.0, where we have. We create a PIT, a public improvement district that brings about $300,000 more into trash abatement, into programming, increased programming at the community center and public safety in the area.
