So those are the conversations I've been having on the west side of Fort Worth is they've got to have north south arterials to get to the major interstates. Right now in Chapel Creek area, there's really two ways out. Chapel Creek and White Settlement Road. those are the only two ways out of that hole. And we are building there. So that is on that. And some of that takes coordination with COG and with TxDOT, but that's been on there. (25:05–25:11)
