And so too often, if we don't have affordable, truly affordable housing, especially for our teachers and educators, it becomes much harder for them. It's the reason why I say very clearly, we need to have local median income. We need a Mitchell Lama 2.0 so that we're building and incorporating it for our teachers and educators. And if you do that, then someone can actually realize their dreams. Too often we're only talking about student loan forgiveness, but we're not making it easier for someone to actually have a home.
