We think about this in my work in the assembly where I created and led the My Brother's Keeper program. And so now in New York City, what can we do? We can make sure that we have civics, financial literacy, and mental health be a part of a collective program before someone graduates. When someone graduates, there should be opportunity to automatically get into CUNY. And for that top percentage, about 35%, making sure that you pay it for free. (01:14–01:22)
