So on the cost side of things, I am proposing and will include in my first budget when I'm governor and public option, so expanding Badger Care. We're going to use the infrastructure of Badger Care, and we're going to expand it to a public option so everyone in Wisconsin has the opportunity to buy into Badger Care, regardless of your income level.
