We're going to use the infrastructure of Badger Care, and we're going to expand it to a public option so everyone in Wisconsin has the opportunity to buy into Badger Care, regardless of your income level. And We will expand the lower income levels to be able to participate, to make it affordable for lower income levels. But at its biggest, we're going to have a public option.
