I don't believe that government should be moving the market, but the market is already at at least $15 an hour. I think that we might want to consider doing it in a couple steps. We saw Michigan do that and that makes sense. But we need to get that minimum wage up. There's no sense in having it be at any lower than $15 an hour. (11:02–11:05)
