Well, what I really learned at WEDC and running economic development for the state is that A little bit of state resources can go a long way to bringing in sector investment. to bringing in other resources. And so what I want to do is find those ways where state government can step in and fill a gap, solve a problem that the market's not solving, and by that you're able to move things forward.
