It's trying to keep people from the support that they need. And I would be so proud as governor to look at our workforce development. We have great apprenticeship programs, we have great programs coming out of [the Department of Workforce Development]. dwd, but there are definitely places where we can modernize and remove some of these strings to make sure that people have easy access to those resources and not long waiting lists.
