Missy, can you start us off? Yeah. I worked directly with the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, as we recognized the barriers to healthcare workforce in rural northwestern Wisconsin were dramatic. And By creating more opportunities for medical students to have experiences in rural northwestern Wisconsin, by making sure that there were providers that were working between the Mayo Clinic and Northwestern Wisconsin, we were able to really increase the opportunity for rural Wisconsin to be able to access care. Now, that was a pilot program, and we need to continue to provide funding for it and continue to have a focus on it. (1:01:43–1:02:09)
