And that money has, according to the way most people look at it, sat in Madison and hasn't been reinvested. It was built by Wisconsin taxpayer dollars. And There just hasn't been agreement between the legislature and the governor how to invest those dollars. And so they've. They've just sat there, which is frustrating because I think a lot of Wisconsin taxpayers pay their taxes with the intention at least. (02:26–02:35)
