Like it has been a week in Madison. So on Monday, those three folks that you just mentioned announced that they had reached a deal, an agreement, spend some of the surplus. It was both going to be used for special needs education, for relief for our public schools and resources for our public schools, but also a rebate on property taxes and putting dollars back into Wisconsinites pockets. And as soon as that was announced, there was an uproar. And you know, immediately we saw folks go to their corners and start to throw rocks at the deal and claim that it wasn't a good end.
