And you need those improvements in your schools, in your fire, in your police, in your EMS in order to be able to retain people and attract. It's all tied together. And so, absolutely, I think giving the most flexibility to communities to be able to find ways to raise their revenue and to improve what they need to improve within their communities is critical.
