But when I was a state senator, there was an election that was overturned because there was a misuse of the absentee ballot in the city of Philadelphia. We actually had a senator who was sworn in, who was then tossed out of office and prosecuted for fraud that he committed using those former ballots. We used to have the absentee ballots. So it's important to me that things like that don't happen again. (39:57–40:05)
