It's just can they get it in the right posture for them to all agree on it? It's frustrating because they could do this if they did it this week. Still, The problem is every time they open an election law that different legislators have different opinions and have other things they want to amend it with. And we were hoping that they could just narrow the issue down to that one issue. Can we just start opening in preparing those ballots a few days before election Day to to prevent this lag time of getting an answer. (19:11–19:21)
