And we did that, for example, with the working families tax cut legislation, which did lots of good things for the country, but in particular it put Medicaid back on solid ground. It took some legalized money laundering, which is basically what was allowed previously, and took it off the table. So now everyone's gotta be fair and transparent in how they're spending federal tax dollars. That's great, but that takes time. It's a big battle. It's high stakes poker. (05:06–05:13)
