We're working with our partners in labor who are training the next generation of folks through our registered apprenticeship programs. And you know, this is in the trades and Beyond. We've got 10,000 registered apprentices in the state. state. And we're also advancing skills based hiring practices. We're doing this across government, across the private sector.
